What’s New?...Plesk 8.2...
As of July 18th, 2007, newly provisioned and reprovisioned Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers, ordered with the Plesk add-on, will get Plesk verison 8.2.

I have had a virtual hosting account for quite a while now and I was wondering how I can get it "reprovisioned?"
The level of Plesk, PHP, mySQL are so OLD that most popular scripts like vBulletin won't even install.

You can re-provision your server by using the instructions from the following link...and if you have the Plesk add-on, you'll get the new Plesk 8.2 version!
Is there a way for me to start over with my virtual dedicated server?
