With the recent deployment of our business community, Go Daddy Connections, we felt it was important to join it with Metropolis and thus renamed it Go Daddy Hosting Connection. Metropolis could be confusing to customers and we also want everyone to see that there is a clear connection between our new business community, the hosting environment and your hosting application resource.

Hey! Cool! I love GoDaddy and Hostingh Connection--I'm glad they changed the name. Does anyone know when Godaddy will support WordPress 2.3? Hosting Connection is up to 2.2--2.3 adds better tagging functionality so I'm eager to get it. Again thanks Godaddy for being so awesome.

I'm presently updating my website. I've decided to go with ASP and I noticed GoDaddy has limited Windows PHP functionality, can I tranfer my existing Linux WordPress Blog to my new Windows site?

That is exactly why you do not want to transfer your Wordpress Blog to Windows. Wordpress requires php, which is not currently installed on our Windows platform.
