What's the best way to get support for these? I have installed BlogEngine.Net and it is not working.

It really depends on the situation. If it's an install issue, then you would need to contact our support team. For anything outside of that, there is a Blogengine.net wiki- http://www.dotnetblogengine.net/wiki/Default.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
