I'm wondering if unlimited is overkill for a hosted plan. I had to upgrade to a virtual dedicated server just to be able to get software I needed for my site installed. I suppose if one could get by with the general setup of a regular hosted plan, and has a lot of traffic, or possibly even offered downloads, or hosted media files, this plan would fit the bill.

Great move introducing the Unlimited Plan. Really nice that I no longer have to worry about going over my allotted disk space or using to much bandwidth...
Thanks!

Gotta love unlimited hosting plans. I hate having to worry about reaching limits on bandwith and or disk space. Great stuff Godaddy! Christmas greetings from Matt UK.

How does shared hosting work with domains owned by two different people? A friend and I thought this would be a great way to set up and save, but only one of us (the one attached to the hosting plan) has access to the hosting plan. The other domain has hosting, but the control panel says "Not hosted here".
How can we fix it so that we are each able to manage our own web sites and files?

This can easily be done by adding an alias domain and then updating the IP in the other account to point to the hosting.
